WESTSIDE BLUES

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 ounces Bourbon
• 1 ounce Blue Curaçau
• 0.5 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
• 0.5 ounce Simple syrup
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• .25 ounce creme de violette
• Splash of soda water

GARNISH:

• Fresh blueberries

DIRECTIONS:

• Fill a shaker with ice
• Add Bourbon, Blue Curaçau, lemon juice, simple syrup, & creme de violette
• Shake well until chilled
• Strain into a chilled coupe glass or over a clear ice cube in a rocks glass
• If desired, top with a splash of soda water to enhance the brightness
• Garnish with a skewer of fresh blueberries and edible blue flowers for a classy touch.
